Information you give us. When you sign up for email updates, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. When you contact us by phone, text, or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

Class registration. Online registration is handled by our third-party provider, GoStudioPro. Any information you enter during registration is collected and governed by GoStudioPro’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, aggregate page views, general device or browser type, and approximate region). This data is anonymous and is not used to identify you or track you across other websites.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send studio news, season announcements, and registration reminders you asked to receive;
• Respond to your questions and requests;
• Understand and improve how our website performs.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We send email updates only to people who sign up for them. Batch emails are sent through GoStudioPro. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option in any email or by contacting us directly, and we will remove you promptly.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics do not rely on cookies. The only cookie the site sets is a strictly necessary session cookie used when studio staff sign in to the private admin area — it is never set for regular visitors.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site: GoStudioPro (registration and email), Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics), and Neon (database). Our Contact page embeds a Google Map, and our Programs page embeds a video from YouTube; when you interact with those, the respective provider’s privacy policy applies.

Our programs serve dancers of many ages, including young children. Signups and registrations are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.

We keep your signup information until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
